Calling this pic “ugly” is a bit harsh. It’s actually an okay picture. I just find it funny when listing agents insert their “self-portrait”. Mirrors in small bathrooms are tricky propositions!

That was unexpected!
31 07 2008I was surprised to receive the following note from a sales rep at Financial Title Company today:
“It is with deep regret that I was informed today that Financial Title is seizing operations effective immediately. If you have any escrows opened with us, they will all be handled by First American Title at: 925.249.2819. If you have any questions regarding any other matter involving Financial Title, please call: 303.572.9090….This is all sudden news to me and I will do my best to make sure any closings you may have will go smoothly through First American.”
All I can say is: That was unexpected!
